When you use Canada Pardons to process your pardon or waiver application we look after everything for you. If you have any questions throughout the pardon or waiver application process you can contact Canada Pardons and we will answer these.
Once you have registered with Canada Pardons we start taking the steps towards completing your pardon or waiver right away. Canada Pardons helps you to collect the necessary paperwork and documentation from the government that you need for your application. Canada Pardons then helps you to complete the required government forms properly. We ensure that all of the documents and forms necessary for your pardon or waiver application have been applied for and received from the right government agencies. Canada Pardons will take care of all of the correspondence with these government agencies such as the courts and Police departments on your behalf throughout the application process.
Once your pardon application has been completed Canada Pardons will submit this to the Parole Board of Canada on your behalf to be reviewed for a decision. Canada Pardons does not itself review or make decisions on any pardon applications. Once your pardon has been granted by the Parole Board of Canada your fingerprints and photographs will be automatically removed from police and court database across Canada. If this process does not happen automatically Canada Pardons will make it’s best effort to have these removed at no additional cost to you.
